Qualitative Face Fit Testing Services for Tight-Fitting RPE
CSS is pleased to announce that we now provide Qualitative Face Fit Testing for tight fitting respiratory protective equipment (RPE).
Where employees rely on disposable respirators (FFP3, FFP2 and FFP1) or reusable half-mask respirators to protect them from hazardous dusts, fumes, mists, biological agents and other airborne contaminants, employers have a legal duty to ensure the selected mask provides an adequate seal to the wearer’s face.
Our face fit testing service helps organisations demonstrate compliance with HSE requirements and ensure workers receive the protection intended by their respiratory protective equipment.
Following successful completion of accredited face fit tester training, CSS can undertake qualitative face fit testing for a range of tight-fitting disposable and reusable respirators in accordance with current HSE guidance.
